The guides were excellent and we had a nice trip. Some of the stops were too short and I was disappointed that we did not actually go to a woolen mill, as was highlighted in the literature. The accommodations were good and the tours and entertainment were great fun.

Best vacation ever!
The best part of our tour was Onya and Liam. It would have been an excellent tour withyout them but they made it exceptional. So much history and information was packed into our few days in Scotland that it truly was a "taste" of Scotland. It made us want to come back and experience more. There were a couple of things that could have been better but all in all... It was perfect.
The things that weren't the best part of the tour was:
1. It was slightly misleading saying that we had an afternoon to explore St. Andrews. We had 2 hours. That was just enough to time to grab a bite to eat and visit a couple of shops.
2. I, perhaps, read too much into visiting a woolen mill to purchase woolen garments. As a knitter, I was super excited. I was let down by the fact that the spean bridge mill was just a shop.
3. That Scottish show was WAY too long and the performers looked like they were phoning it in that night. I was a professional stage manager for over a decade and I know the look of an actor that is just going though the motions. The food was good but had the show been even 15 minutes shorter it would have been better.

The narrative guide had much to share, but it was too much to absorb during the coach time. If someone wanted just s short time in Scotland, we would recommend this tour.

Tour was very good. I would have liked more time at the stops
