Excellent itinerary and liked that it was mostly all inclusive.

Great travel with CIE
CIE provides such a great tour that I wanted to travel with them again. Our tour guide didn't disappoint. The driver of our bus and our guide were so personal and gave great historical information as well as entertained with stories of Scotland.

I'd rather give 4.5 stars. Some of the dinner meals were less than delicious, particularly at The Columba Hotel in Inverness. Our guide, Graham Bruce, was very knowledgeable, helpful, and efficient, but he talked way too much about nonsense. He literally did not stop talking the entire time we were on the coach! He pointed out every field of flowers, people he knew in Durness and their stories. It was a bit too autobiographical! However, he was likeable in general and did a good job corralling us all. This was my fourth CIE tour in five years. My second with this same tour. I hope to book another tour within the next year or two.

The tour itself was pleasant. The route was great.
The tour itself was pleasant. The route was great. For me personally the tour guide was a wonderfulwarm person but her heavy Scotish accent prevent me from following the tour stories. In some of the hotels the shower did not function properly.
