I enjoyed the company of the fellow passengers. They all laughed a lot and were lovely people to be with on tour.
The shopping opportunities were wonderful.
Lorna, our tour director, was excellent.
The bus driver was also excellent.

Surprisingly nice tour of Scotland.
Overall the tour was very good Guide was certainly knowledgeable. A virtual encyclopedia. We had a small tour group which worked out to our advantage. Was not happy with one hotel in particular. The food was pretty good, but certainly not the same as eating at a restaurant. Disappointed one day when I was "scolded" for being late for the bus. I was exactly on time and another on the tour was asking why he spoke to me and also said I was on time. I felt uncomfortable after that. This was my third CIE tour. I will compare other tours in future to see if they offer more value. Overall I would certainly recommend them but suggest everyone be 5 minutes early so they are not scolded.

CIE is awesome!
This tour was phenomenal! Our guide, Graham was so knowledgeable and personal he made the trip even better than we could have hoped! My parents and I truly enjoyed our time in Scotland. CIE plans and executes an amazing itinerary.
